All purchases made through our website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Custom items are made specifically to your request. Because of their personalized nature, all custom orders are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@ipromome.com.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery concerns.

Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
